Living in Texas, residents who are on unemployment will receive their benefit payments on a debit card through the Texas Workforce Commission which must not be lost. If you are on unemployment and need to know what to do about lost Texas unemployment debit card situations, the process is very simple. Your debit card is issued by Chase, and you will need to contact Chase Customer Service directly.

 

The phone number to call for Chase Customer Service is 1-866-865-1273. With regard to Texas unemployment debit card lost concerns, Chase will provide one free replacement card to Texas residents per calendar year. If you happen to lose or misplace your Texas unemployment debit card a second time during any calendar year, your card will be assessed a charge of $7.50 per replacement card. If you need your replacement card fast to withdraw your unemployment benefits you can choose overnight delivery for an additional $10.00 charge.
